Must visit it you like great brisket! Delicious place, the music and ambient is just like Texas, great music, and the service is great. The ribs and brisket were perfect and the sides were also amazing. Very detailed and well crafted, the pepper is from Texas as well as the oak and it makes all the difference.

El lugar es bastante amplio y comparte terraza con otros 2 restaurantes. Bien decorado. Mi pareja pidio brisket con coleslaw. Vino con un pan y escabeche de cebolla . El sabor del brisket super rico, suavecito, ahumadito. La ensalada buena Yo pedí Pullet Pork con ensalada de papas. La verdad el Pullet Pork no tenía sabor a nada tampoco vino húmedo, había que ponerle chatsup, no me gustó para nada. Las bandejas donde vinieron los alimentos servidos eran de aluminio y estaban fríos, las carnes no estaban calientes lo suficiente. Tal vez un plato caliente hubiese hecho la diferencia. De acuerdo a lo que vimos Ellos no preparan nada allí, ya está preparado y únicamente lo calientan...¿¡!? No tenian vino, pedí agua carbonada con sabor. Baños limpios, atención buena, ambiente agradable. Precio caro. Los acompañamientos te los cobran aparte.

Excellent Texas-style brisket. Perfectly seasoned and smoked. Literally as good as you can get in the US. They do use US beef. Ribs were very tasty as well. Falling off the bone but not mushy. It’s expensive, but good brisket always is.

So I took a chance on this Texas style BBQ place in Panama, I was not disappointed. It is fairly priced for portions served. I ordered delivery and the food came neatly packaged and very appealing to the eye. I had the spare ribs and the brisket with the coleslaw and Mac and cheese sides. The taste was unlike any I have tried here in the 507. It had the moist and juiciness, the sweet, tangy and the smoke! We visited Onde for the first time last night. Excellent service. Jonathan was our server. Thanks Jonathan.
