We recently enjoyed dining at a local in the Sylhet district restaurant that genuinely blew us away. If you want a fantastic dining experience in the Sylhet area, look no further than Panshi Inn. Well when me and my family visited Sylhet we stayed in this hotel. At first the service was really good. Although their restaurant isn't that good except breakfast items like paratha. We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. Check out time was 11.59 am. That day we visited Bisnakandi and it took sometime for us to get back. Without telling us anything even though their receptionist had my own personal number and also my father's personal number, he didn't even had the decency to call us to let us know about the check out time. And also he took all our things and belongings and kept in the ground floor as if they just fired us. OK we know you have to do your duty, but at least you people should have the decency to let us know. We were very much embarrassed on this. It was terrible. They only serve you for money, nothing else. No matter what kind of person are you, they will have no honour for you, but only give you service for money...

Let me tell you my experience : Back in January 2019 I ordered for a Mutton Biriyani, they served me with Beef. When I complain they apologize and said their mutton was finish for the reason they provide me Beef. ( But they didn’t inform me that their mutton stock out. Today 20 July 2019, in lunch again I ordered for Mutton Bitiyani and again they served me with Beef, this this time they confidently opposed my objection. But I was damn sure they serve me with Beef and I had to pay 170 Tk for this Mutton Biriyani.
