La Vida Verde — Restaurant in Asuncion

One of my favorite places for a quick bite or take out. I had tried years ago and was disappointed but recently rediscovered the place and have been every week since. You can have a 20 minute lunch for a great price and a full buffet of healthy (and less healthy if you want) options. Lots of great flavors to choose from. Salads with a huge variety of toppings and salsas, soup, and a hot buffet with all sorts of vegetarian sautees in curry, agridulce, mushroom sauces. Don't miss the fried polenta and eggrolls if you aren't counting calories. And the green juice is the best i've found in Asuncion and much better than i can make at home actually! I especially love the sweet and sour sweet potato and apple dish and the noodles. But my favorite is to take a spoon of everything and go back for my favorites. They weigh your plate at the counter so don't mix the cold and hot buffet or you will get the price of the hot buffet. They do lunch, merienda and dinner. Estimado señor o señora, Estamos felices de poder finalmente salir a cenar contigo hoy. Todo estaba bien a tiempo, pero no se nos permitió entrar al restaurante porque las máscaras que llevábamos no coincidían con lo que tenías en mente. Aunque nuestras máscaras eran mucho más extensas que sus máscaras.

Tengo las siguientes preguntas sobre esto: ¿Has mirado alguna vez el paquete de máscaras? Allí se indica claramente que sus máscaras no protegen contra virus o bacterias de ninguna manera. Existe una gran cantidad de estudios internacionales al respecto. Explíqueme lo siguiente: Me quito la máscara antes de entrar al restaurante. Luego corre a la mesa, quítate la mascarilla mientras estás sentado / comiendo. Solo cuando voy al buffet o para pagar tengo que volver a abrirlo, según tu opinión. ¡Digamos que el 95% de las veces no tengo una máscara puesta de todos modos! ¿Puedes explicarme qué es, qué tipo de máscara uso si no tengo una máscara puesta de todos modos el 95% del tiempo? El virus aún no ha sido aislado en ningún país del mundo. Incluso países como Uruguay, Canadá y Portugal ahora han tenido que admitir al más alto nivel que no hay evidencia de este virus.

One of my favorite restaurants I’ve tried in Asunción. The atmosphere is beautiful and well designed for a relaxing meal. The restaurant is buffet style with all vegan and vegetarian food.
