Visited this Chilli's on my last day in Cusco, Peru. I was hopping it was similar to my local (California) Chilli's. I was pleasantly surprised, the chips and salsa are identical, the President Margarita that my wife loves, also just like home. And the food was great, she ordered the burger and was just like home. I tried the TexMex Chicken tacos and they are good. One small tip for Chilli's Corp/Mgnmt. Fries with Tacos don't go. I wish you paired the tacos either with chips and salsa or guacamole, better yet a salad with pico de gallo salsa or/and guacamole instead.
Other than that, my experience was really really good. Thank you for giving the Cusco Peru a bit of the Original Chilli's taste and amazing service from your employees.

Read moreThe only place in Cusco to get anything near a real American burger. I know, I know: at first, I laughed at people going to KFC or Burger King (or Chili's) in Peru, but you spend enough time eating only in foreign restaurants and you eventually need a taste of home.
Anyhow, the burgers are not great but they are authentic, versus the usual bizarre Peruvian attempts at North American foods. Here in Cusco, the bun came out kind of cold, but the fries were good.

The food, you can’t compare it to the USA Chili’s, we ordered Tacos, Quesadillas, and chicken wings, it was edible but I wouldn’t go back there again. The desserts were not that bad, nothing great but edible. I think the Molten Chocolate cake was the best of all.
