Don Belisario — Restaurant in Distrito de Cusco

I have been there twice now this as I was hungry and thought I would go in for a quick sandwich in the afternoon.

The food was pretty good and the sandwich deal also was a good price. Unfortunately the service was extremely lacking.

Both times I went there with my family, the first time it was exceptionally busy but the second time very quiet.

I gave them this 2 star review because both times when it came time to pay the bill there was the same issue.

The first time that I payed I had to ask 4 members of staff for my change and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. I thought this was probably due to being busy so I let it go.

Then today the same thing happened when it was very quiet.

It seems they deliberately make you wait for your change so maybe you just leave it there and they take it as tips.

There is clearly an issue there which is a shame as the food is very good.... Either way I won't be returning there for such terrible...

Ayer, fui a Don Belisario - Cusco una vez más, voy casi muy seguido, pero ayer salí decepcionada bajaron la calidad de sus comidas, siempre que voy pido las carnes en 3/4 con sus deliciosas papas crocantes, este plato para dos cuesta 80.00 soles. Primero.- las papas la cambiaron, ya no son las delgadas papas que acompaña, eran papas GRANDES con mala cocccion por dentro, grandes cómo en cualquier polleria de barrio, desagradables. Segundo.- la cantidad de carnes ya no es la misma, la bajaron. Tercero.- el pollo pareciera que la trajeron preparada de cualquier polleria de fuera, porque lo que hacía Don Belisario, esa parrilla era muy diferente, sus sabores, etc. No sé si cambiaron de cocineros, o de administrador, pero va bajando, va quedando el nombre. Ojalá puedan tomar en cuenta este comentario,...

I've always thought this one of the better chains but on my last visit was a bit disappointed by the fact that the fries came out on the cool side. Really, the fries' temperature should match that of the chicken. I hope they can improve to match their service...
