Beso Frances — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I’m not sure about the negative reviews I have seen about this location. But we had a very good experience on our first time visit here. It was pretty busy since the French embassy had an event at the MAC. So our wait was a little longer than expected but it’s understandable. The cashier was very friendly and answered all of our questions without any issues, and definitely seems happy to help us. We went in around 6pm so the decorative lights added a very nice touch to the atmosphere around. I like the fact that there is a small “pool” of water to their left and a spacious green area with trees to the front and right. Makes this location uniquely attractive. Now the good part. We ordered two crepes, one savory and one sweet, and let me tell you that both were very good and hit the spot right away for both of us. I do wish they offered other alternatives to milk like soy milk, almond, rice, etc. for those lactose intolerant clients. But besides that, everything...

I went to with location with my dog because I saw it was pet friendly. Honestly by far the absolute worst besos frances I’ve ever been to the location is nice but it doesn’t make sense how it’s “pet friendly” and dogs aren’t allowed on the lawn which obviously my dog wants to go to and isn't even allowed inside!!!!! That by definition means it is NOT PET FRIENDLY!!!, extremely upset about this they shouldn’t have a sign about being pet friendly if they aren’t. My dog was really anxious waiting outside, never going to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend pet lovers...

Tiempo de espera exageradamente 30 min por pedido (si fuimos avisados) pero me parece un tiempo prolongado, es decir pedimos un crepe con Nutella no un plato de fondo con proteína cocida. La atención pésima nada de amabilidad, capaciten a su personal para que sepan tener manejo de rush. Que estén llenos no significa que atiendan sin calidez.
