I had my very first pisco sour of the trip here and it couldn’t have been a better start. With their 2-for-1 deal (35 soles), Stacy and I clinked glasses of the frothy, tangy classic and officially kicked off our Peruvian journey.

We also ordered the Ronda (89 soles), a four-dish combo that let us taste a little bit of everything: Seco de Chabelo – plantains with dried meat, savory and comforting Ceviche de Pescado – fresh and zesty, with just the right kick Arroz con Mariscos – seafood rice, rich and flavorful Chicharrón de Pescado – crispy fried fish bites, totally addictive

fui a las 2:30 pm , el ceviche estaba recocinado , no me dieron una mesa sino un barril y vinieron 4 veces a preguntarnos si queriamos algo de tomar y no pararon hasta que ordenamos algo de tomar , nos sacaron los platos en el segundo que sacamos el ultimo pescadito del plato que es el equivalente de "paga y vete" . todo el almuerzo demoro 21 minutos desde que entramos asi que ya ni dio ganas de pedir algo mas , salimos y nos fuimos a comer a otro sitio cerca , no pienso volver mas alla , aun no entiendo como es que habiendo tantos sitios con mejor atencion y mejor comida mis amigos siempre insisten en ir ahi para terminar arrepintiendonos la mitad de las veces , pero no me la volveran a hacer porque no dejare que me vuelvan a...
