Cevicheria Fausto — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Very nice ambience but the food portions and food quality for the price is not as good as it should be. There trying to sell ambiance over food quality and portion size in then barrio like it's Mirafloress.

Like I said the ambiance was nice but their neighbor and competitor on the same street gives higher quality, bigger portion size for a lower to same price.

People want good quality and good portion size over ambiance in Surquillo.

Surquillo has the best Ceviche in all of Peru in my 6 years of living and traveling the entire country, so give the customers what there coming to Surquillo for and not what you think they want.

La comida, la chicha y el chilcano de cortesia todo muy rico. Pero la verdad el servicio cuando están saturados es pésimo, priorizan los pedidos externos y dejan esperando a los comensales. A veces atienden a los que llegaron último, los domingos pueden demorar tranquilamente 45 minutos en servir un par de ceviches. En ese lapso, vi que saliaron con platos para llevar como 8 veces, mientras que las mesas seguian esperando. Algunos comensales ante la demora pagaron la bebida consumida y...
