Don Belisario Real Plaza Salaverry — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

My family take me there for my birthday and it was horrible. We were one of the first ones of the night and the service was so slow even the waiter laughed about it but didn't apologize, the floors were sticky, there was a salad on the floor that no one cleaned for 15min, a waitress hiding to use her phone in the bathroom, run out drinks. We had to call the waiter 4 times to order because he would just leave without asking. The entree was great but then almost everything was so overcooked it was hard to chew. When we told them there was a birthday, they took my ID, came back 10min later, it was taking so long we asked for the check and after 10 more, they sang to the newer table instead of mine. So, we had to go to the cashier to pay only to find out some min later that they charged us the teas they told us was run out and a s/61.60 plate so we had to go back and the cashier told us they were aware they charged us wrongly. They gave me 1 small slice of chocolate cake and a heartless, light apology.

Nunca más, pésimo servicio, comida sobre cocida aunque algunos platos si estaban ricos, pisos pegajosos, mesera en el baño con celular, no tenían ni chicha, la comida demora demasiado, le cantaron cumpleaños a otra mesa, no nos trajeron la cuenta y nos cobraron más una parrilla de s/61.60 soles que no pedimos fuera de unos té que no pedimos porque se les había...

Comparto mi opinión de una persona que ha comido en varías pollerías, Hoy 11/05/2025 Desde que me acerque había una srta que no muy atenta tuve que preguntar todavía cuando debería tener una amabilidad y destreza , carisma al recibir al cliente, siendo una pollería con grande con diferentes sucursales. En la caja ni me dijo buenas tardes, yo tuve que hacerle recordar y recién me saludó, caja mal ambientada pésima , el señor de la caja una con lentes no me indico dónde espero el pollo ya que era para llevar , tuve que hacerlo yo y recién me indicaron. Le dije a la misma chica de la recepción donde esperar mientras sale mi pollo y porción de chaufa para llevar , la cuál me dijo demorará así que date una vuelta, nunca hubo un sitio donde esperar así que opte por darme la vuelta como me dijo . 4.al recojer el pollo otra señorita me atendió y me dijo muchas gracias aquí está su pedido, valore mucho eso , ya que supuse que no todos eran iguales, lo cuál recibí y me fui. El pollo muy pobre en porción, creo que por el precio 30 soles aprox el 1/4 debió ser un poco considerado, papas no tan buenas por no decir malas , chaufa muy duro su arroz y faltó saltear más , en porción algo razonable por el sitio me imagino o no se , Pero hasta la pollería de mi barrio por decirlo criolla mente sirven mejor , y en calidad y sabor , espere mucho de don Belisario, me decepcionó, pero iré al que está en cabitos, para poder saber si cumplen o no lo que el cliente espera , esto es mi experiencia con don Belisario del real...
