Las Conchitas Negras — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

We arrived by 2 PM to have lunch. Maybe it was late but we were not happy with the food we found. We had ceviche and it was just OK but not great. The cancha was cold and old. The pato was not edible. It had not been cleaned well when it was prepared. The inside was cold, a sign that it had been pre cooked and frozen. The rice was not fully cooked. The pasta verde was just that. No real albacha (basil) flavor (pesto). The noodles were overcooked not "al dente" like it should be. Ok food for the price. Very fast service, maybe too fast. All the food was cold and it's a bit cold in the restaurant too if it's not summer. Presentation was OK. Only good things were the price and speed really. Would have been a lot better if the food was hot...

La comida estuvo deliciosa, pero no la considero generosa, bien servida; las ofertas de COMBOS, los considero un engaña muchachos, ya que se ofrecen como para dos, tres y cuatro personas, sin embargo no es así... el local es amplio, para recibir mucha clientela, pero le falta calor de restaurante, como al que estamos acostumbrados, le falta esa calidez que uno busca antes de ingerir un alimento y por otro lado, los servicios higiénicos no están implementados como para compensar el aforo de personas, formándose una fila de personas que desean ingresar. Es por ello que solamente les doy tres estrellas, tienen mucho que hacer para mejorar y lograr una satisfacción total. En resumen: no son honestos en lo que ofrecen y no lo recomiendo para quien gusta...
