Hospedaje Samana Wasi Pisac — Restaurant in Pisac

My friend and I booked 4 nights at this hostel and we left after one. Firstly the people working there were not very personable and we had to request toilet paper, soap and towels, we had to wait around for the only woman who has the wifi password and she types it in herself rather than writing it down for you. We checked in in the morning and she wasn't around to do this until late evening. ||||This was the noisiest hostel I've stayed in. The beds were uncomfortable. The tables were filthy, I had to wipe them down twice. ||||Our reservation said our room included a balcony.. there were double doors that opened out to no balcony, just the plastic over the market along the street and there was a bed pushed up against it so we couldn't open them up anyway. There was a window missing in the bathroom which added to the noise and COLD! They didn't offer any heaters either. ||||Breakfast was okay but they only offered powered coffee that looked and smelled old. ||||Also no one told us the gates would be locked at certain hours and we found ourselves locked in when we tried to go out for a morning walk! No one around to let us out.||||I will never stay here again and do not...

Such an amazing experience to live in the middle of the main square in this super friendly and convenient Family Guest House! I was staying for three weeks in a private place a bit out of town, but for a different experience, I decided to move to the city center for my last week in Pisac to be close to everything and wake up early in the morning and just stroll downtown, and it was truly a wonderful experience. They have very nice and comfortable rooms with private toilet and good shower. Amazing places to sit in the inner yard and a very cute and nice cafe...

La peor experiencia que tuvimos en Perú: la habitación tenìa el inodoro roto y no habìa señal de wifi, pedimos un cambio y en la siguiente habitación no funcionaba ni la TV ni la ducha...Decidimos irnos luego de 20 min y el dueño, de manera irrespetuosa nos quería retener el 14 % del pago porque según él "es lo que retiene Booking" y luego, ante nuestra exigencia , cambió la versión diciendo que "tenìa que cobrarnos el uso de las toallas".. Es obvio que este fulano necesita robar todo lo que pueda a los turistas, según leí en opiniones anteriores, estafó a otras personas. No sólo eso, sino que el lugar es sucio, hay pelos y bichos por todos lados.. Mi marido exigió la devolución total del pago, sólo queríamos irnos de ahí y el tipo, un verdadero cobarde, no sólo nos amenazó sino que nos insultó, a lo cual mi marido me defendió, como lo haría cualquier persona normal. Este tipo no sabe tratar con turistas,no sólo es un ladrón y estafador, sino que además agrede a las mujeres, porque no puede mantener una discusiòn de igual a igual con otro hombre. Lamentablemente es una impresión malísima que a los extranjeros nos queda...
