SolSeed is more than just a cafe…it’s the community hub of Pisac and the only restaurant that actually cares about the quality of ingredients. They don’t use seed oils, they use cast iron & stainless steel pans, make all their plant milks and most things on the menu from scratch (or support locals that do). They have several plant-based/vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options also.

SolSeed is a place of expansion and evolution. They hold events and workshops that are more than just a generic cacao ceremony or basic neo-spiritual tantra class. They put intention into raising the consciousness of the world as a collective and it shows.

The founders, Ruben and Winni, are true spiritual warriors and New Earth weavers. They show love to all around them and exude passion for the mission and vision of SolSeed.

SolSeed Café is an absolute gem in the heart of Pisac! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a peaceful atmosphere that made me want to stay for hours.

The location is beautiful—perfect for unwinding, working remotely, or simply enjoying a great meal in a cozy setting. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I tried the Curry Squash Stew, and it was absolutely delicious! Completely vegan, rich in flavor, and packed with nourishing ingredients—it’s the kind of meal that feels like a warm hug. I paired it with their lemongrass chamomile tea, which was the perfect soothing addition to my meal.

SolSeed feels to me like a sweet sanctuary in the middle of Pisac. The atmosphere feels energetically good in my body, the people are SO kind and welcoming, and I love the community that shows up there. A big plus is that it’s one of the only places in the Valley to eat local, organic food that is cooked only in high quality oils & on non-toxic pans. As someone who is very sensitive and health-oriented, I can order from SolSeed with peace of mind!
