This resturant was in Luna del sol compound. They have two restaurants and this one was the more expensive of the two. The welcome in to the resturant and the staff were boujie. They we’re on top of every thing until they got a little busy and we were ready to leave, it took 10 minutes to get the check and pay. Now on to the food. For appetizer we ordered the local stuffed pepper with vegetables, it was good, there were some chips on the side of the plate that when eaten seem to just disappear in your mouth. For the main course we ordered the sautéed local trout, and the second plate was the steamed paiche fish. Both plates were good nothing especially tasty . Presentation was definitely very nice. Presentation was good, but don’t let presentation fool you. Everything besides the ceviche missed the mark. Dry meat, stale rice, and overcooked shrimp.
