Chowking SM Southmall — Restaurant in 2nd District

I love the food of Chowking but I do not like the service it disappointed service bad service we were dining in around noon my mother ordered food because she is senior but we are not given by the staff counter and my mother asking if the drinks were delivered but the staff mentioned the number for the food are the staff insist that was given but wasn't given, and secondly when food are ready for pick up and I noticed our spoons and they have steel spoons later I noticed that the chowking staff gave steel spoon to other customers and I started to react for being unequal customers service and I was annoyed because they were bad customers service I hope it will forward to the main office for bad service of...

I've been to other chowking branches but I must say the branch in SM Southmall is one of my favorite. Their service crew is respectful and attentive for your needs. They also seem organized. Ordered 3 iced teas, 2 halo halos and 2 siopaos. Waited and waited... 20, 30, 60 minutes. The front staff said it's coming...6 more minutes...just had enough...demanded our money back and had to wait another 10 min to get it.
