Italianni's - Evia Lifestyle Center — Restaurant in 2nd District

Imee, the manager from Italiannis Evia Lifestyle Center asked me to renew my Bistro Card for perks and discounts and asked me to pay 2,500 for my Bistro Card renewal. I said I dont need to renew my Bistro Card as I always order from Grab. She said that I can use my Bistro Card by ordering through Viber and sending online payment, facilitating delivery by Lalamove or by pick-up. After paying for the Bistro Card, I am now ordering for delivery through Viber. I was told the card has to be presented by the driver upon pick-up. Such a waste of money for the Bistro card. Nowadays, we always order online through Grab food or Food Panda, you dont need your Bistro card for that which is quite pricey for its membership. Just order online through Grab, plain and simple transaction and fool-proof. There were a lot of misrepresentations and false marketing just to hard-sell their expensive Bistro card which you would rarely use because of online ordering platforms. Great job, Imee! Explain to the customers how to use your promos...

My partner and I celebrated our monthsary here at Italiannis Evia. We are assisted to our table and greeted with welcoming vibe. I love it when server and staff do that so you will feel welcome, and not just somebody who will eat there. Manager is also attentive. Our requests were all granted. She loves her job, and she loves what she's doing. I will recommend this to my family and friends, so the next time we visit Evia, we will surely comeback here at Italiannis.

Also, I will mention their food. From their appetizer all the way to dessert... THESE FOOD ARE GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. So, if you're looking for some italian cuisine and exceptional service... I highly recommend...

We went here with the intention to eat pasta.. Selection/variety of pasta is impressive... And i wasnt dissapointed.. Pasta is great and guaranteed aldente(coz some strands were hard in the diablo pasta, so i know they are really aiming for firm pasta) .. Loved the leopard spots under the pizza.. It was great in taste and texture.. Reminded me of the italian restaurant i went in melbourne...though my son didnt like the smell of the truffle pizza, he loved the baked zitti w/out crushed chili peppers). I was tempted to take the bistro card.. Will come back to try other offerings in the menu.. My daughter loved...
