This was utterly unacceptable! We arrived at your store promptly at 7pm, eager to enjoy our evening, only to be met with sheer incompetence. The moment the staff handed us the menu, we clearly discussed and finalized our order, which they then wrote down. And what happened? Over 30 minutes later, we are left waiting while others who ordered after us have already received their food within 10 to 15 minutes! Itâs infuriating to see such neglect. When I asked a staff member to follow up on our order, all she did was glance at her list without a word to the chefs or usâno confirmation, no urgency, nothing! And then, when we dared to complain, all we got was a hollow apology. We simply wanted to enjoy an evening out, but instead, your staffâespecially the one named âMarkââcompletely dropped the ball. Did he forget to give the order to the chefs? Or was he just rushing to end his shift? Because thatâs exactly what it looks like. No effort, no accountability, just a dismissive "Sorry" and no resolution whatsoever. This level of service is so much disappointing...

However for some reason we donât experience this in their branch in SM Southmall. Last Wednesday night we dined in this branch and had the worst experience. Service was bad. It took long to get our orders done, even getting the bill took too long, the ambience of the place is not that great as well compared to their main branch in BF Homes. The worst of all, I experienced food poisoning after eating from this branch. I ordered the bento meal with the salmon sashimi so maybe one of the components in that bento meal was not that fresh anymore because thatâs the only food I ate that night. I suspected the salmon sashimi because that was the only difference from my order to the other food we ordered.
I really do hope they improve on the quality of their food and maintain this across all branches cause its just...

We placed our order in advance even before being seated, thinking it would save time. However, despite the restaurant being hardly full, we still waited 20 minutes without any update. When we asked two different servers about our order, neither took us seriously nor checked properly. After another 5 minutes, we had to call the attention of a third server, who finally checked and informed us weâd have to wait another 5 minutes before the food would be served.
This review isnât meant to damage the restaurant but to give honest feedback. If service continues to deteriorate like this, it will definitely affect customer loyalty. I wonât be eating here again until significant...
