Hamburger and fries were REALLY good. Not typical frozen burger patty like most places. Crinkle cut fries were delicious. Now the Pulled Pork Nachos? Nachos and toppings were great and chips were fresh and not stale. My issue is with the pulled pork itself. I am a good ole southern boy from the south in the US and one of my specialties is smoking pulled pork. This version was more like pork jerky. Meat with dry and crispy. Not saying it was bad. But just not my style. Would I eat back at the Rib Shack? Most Definitely I would. Just would try something other than the pulled pork nachos.
