Aida's Chicken Inasal in Bacolod, Negros Philippines is the perfect spot to experience authentic Bacolod Chicken Inasal at a fantastic price. The restaurant offers a cozy and casual setting where you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes without breaking the bank.
We ordered the Pecho-Pak, PakpakAtay, oysters, rice, and calamansi juice to drink. The chicken was tender and packed with that signature smoky and savory flavor, a true hallmark of Bacolod's famous inasal. The oysters, at only 70 pesos, were an unbeatable value, adding a fresh, savory bite to our meal. The combination of these well-seasoned, perfectly grilled items made for a truly satisfying dining experience.
Although our food took about 30 minutes to arrive, it was well worth the wait, especially when the total bill for this generous meal was only 380 pesos. Aida's is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to taste the real flavor of Bacolod's Chicken Inasal at a budget-friendly price. Highly recommended for a delicious, affordable, and...
Read moreOut of all restaurants in Bacolod, this is the only placed we experienced very bad service. We saved Aida's Inasal as our last meal before our flight back because according to reviews, this for them is the best Inasal in Bacolod. However, the good experiences we had in Bacolod and its good and happy people seems wiped out because of this experience in Aida's.
This is the Aida's near SM. Upon arriving, we felt immediately that most of their staffs seems unaccommodating. So just to break the ice, we tried to talk to them with a smile but we only got a frown and straight face. Our excitement to eat the food turned into disappointment. It was a very bad experience especially this is our last meal in Bacolod before going home. Because of this experience, I consider Aida's Inasal (near SM) a stain in a clean white shirt. And this is not good for Bacolod's tourism.
Hope Aida's management will look unto this as this is also not good for their business' reputation. We had better experience with their main...
Read moreI was about to resign to the fact that all chicken inasal tastes the same. In my list was Aida’s Manokan so just for the sake of having another stick of inasal before I leave Bacolod, I walked under the heavy rain searching for it.
Tasting Aida’s inasal, me dripping wet from the rain, spun my head until I could see Friday pf next week! As mentioned to a friend a few minutes ago, the taste reminded me of Christmas (don’t ask me why…it”s just that Christmas was generated by my taste buds to my brain). And the garlic rice!!! It was served plentiful but I didn’t mind finishing it even if my inasal paa has long been gone! They didn’t even scrimp in serving chicken oil!
The place was too crowded and festive which only shows that Aida’s may be the best inasal this part of the Philippines!
Therefore, I hereby conclude that not all chicken inasal...
