Max’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Bacolod

First time to dine-in in SM BACOLOD Max Restaurant and the experience is worst . When one of the crew name John approach me and get my order he said with in 15 minutes. I've waited for my order they serve my order with out water and with out my ice tea the bad thing is crew and even manager are not approachable. Also they put the pancit in a small plate where the plate is overloaded it's like the karenderya style so cheap. been years since the last time i had their food. was disappointed with their food. tofu sisig looks and taste old not freshly cook i guess its been days the tofu looks black and soggy, chicken is still ok.. pancit was taste less. ordered icescramble i was expecting the typical icescramble which i grew up having but it was jst a strawberry shake i guess. and for the lumpia i ate mostly lumpia wrapper nothing inside. will never go back in this location. I think it’s time to have quality check...

Max's Rest. Bacolod have great food ..although the fried chicken and Pancit does not taste like the original taste (please have the original recipe back)..all in all crispy pata ,kare kare and eggroll was great.
