Bo's Coffee (SM Bacolod) — Restaurant in Bacolod

During a recent visit to Bacolod City in March 2024, I encountered an unexpected twist when I lost my wallet while exploring SM Bacolod and Ayala Mall on my first day. With my IDs and bank cards inside, I was naturally quite distressed and resigned myself to the unfortunate loss.

However, amidst the turmoil of losing my wallet, an extraordinary act of kindness unfolded at Bo's Coffee in SM Bacolod. Cyron Ledesma, a member of the staff, took it upon himself to go above and beyond in his efforts to reunite me with my lost belongings.

To my utter astonishment and immense gratitude, Cyron not only found my wallet but also went the extra mile by creating a LinkedIn profile to reach out to me and inform me of his discovery. Kiosk in the middle of the mall .. I used to frequent this location because of a specific barrista (Curly haired girl).. She goes beyond the other barristas here.. She doesnt mind doing simple drink customization (hot/iced etc )and she does it with a smile, she immediately got how I wanted my drink the first time. I stopped coming back when she left .. Others just flatout say no and dont bother to give options ... Customer service goes a long way. I wonder where...

The best Philippine coffee can be found at Bo’s. I love the coffee origins especially from Sagada and Atok Benguet. The cheesecakes are also the best especially dulce de leche, blueberry and Oreo.
