Pizza Hut - SM City Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

We order the special menu and added another large pizza to take home, it was kind difficult to carry the soupe and gravy in plastic cup, but we mange, Most people go to Pizza Hut specially for the pan crust, we discover at home that we got 3 regular crust pizza, the mushrooms and gravy soup tasted like they were loaded with sugars. the only thing that was good was the pasta. If you go make sure to check your order before living the restaurant.

A week later for take out again this time the special 2 family pizza for 419peso, I order 2 pepperoni pan pizza ok 20 Minutes wait, than I notice on the receipt she type mushrooms pepperoni and the second one cheese and bacon, when I told her that is not what I order she try to tell me that is what the special is, I ask her to show me where does it say that, she could not find any flyer I show her the big sing at the door I insisted I am not taking anything than pepperoni, the manager had to tell her yes, I included a picture of the special for...

I stopped by Pizza Hut SM Bacolod for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.

The Supreme Pizza with stuffed crust was beyond expectations - it was, without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. It was a delightful surprise that made the meal memorable and was definitely worth the price.

The Baked Cajun Rice and Baked Cheesy Bacon were both good, adding to the overall satisfying meal.

Despite it being a bit crowded due to lunchtime, the crew was exceptional. They gave their best to cater to all the customers' needs, ensuring everyone was taken care of promptly and with a smile.

It's also worth mentioning that they accept credit cards, which added to the convenience.

Food was alright just a bit bland. Service was very poor tho. The staff were just talking on the side. I tried to place my order but couldn't find a staff when I called since they left to the takeout area so I had to walk up to them and then I found them talking. My food took so long to arrive and the staff were very loud talking to each other. Also asked to have my leftovers wrapped for take out but I had to ask thrice since they didn't attend to my table.
