Lechon Haus - SM City Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

Food served cold, some parts of the lechon are raw, (we're almost done eating when we noticed the raw lechon slices, it's too late and I'm shy because I ate it already, I hope I won't get food poisoning tonight).

I ordered spicy lechon rice meal (L2) the spiciness aren't distributed properly, some parts are too spicy and some parts doesn't have spice.

Sometimes the food is delicious (still served cold tho) sometimes too salty.

I wish they could've just reheated it smh.

I saw a worker coughing inside the kitchen without wearing a mask but they're friendly but...

Inefficient staff. We ordered to go and we got excited when we saw one girl packing a to go order, thought it was ours. She packed it so slowly. They didn't call our number so we thought it wasn't complete.

My husband tried to check with them and they told him to wait.

We waited more, and after a while we checked with them again. The order that the girl packed was actually ours. It was complete and we were only wasting time waiting!!! It's sooo...

The staff are so unprofessional doesn't greet you, say thank you or even say sorry. Is that what you called lechon? I think it's just liempo that is air fried. So disappointed. I hope they will train their staff on how to deal customers nicely, if don't then just close your resto!!!! So...
