Incredible. 5-star all around restaurant. The kitchen produces some of the best dishes with high quality ingredients. dishes always have fresh veggies and plentiful meat. I have a really sensitive foreigner stomach and never have had an issue. I really cannot commend this restaurant enough for their commitment to great food. Mimi's is located in the old Pendy's place. While they still carry the same old dishes that we used to love at Pendy's, some of them are no longer the same. We had their spaghetti and puttanesca, and they're not the same anymore. What's comforting here still is of course their batchoy and their cheeseburger that I was not able to take a picture of. Came into the place as it was the most recommended for Napoleones. Randomly ordered the Batchoy as well due to intrigue. Saying they were good is an understatement, as every food served was basically perfect. Not to mention the Half Moon Cake was also amazing. Very underrated restaurant, basically a hidden gem here in Bacolod
