POOR SERVICE. At first, I kind of liked it because when we ordered, the crew told us that unli rice is expensive so it is better to order a regular chicken inasal and just get an extra rice but still we ordered unli rice. I liked it because I thought that they are not into money. It took a while to serve our orders but then I said that it's okay because I know that they have a lot of customers. When the crew gave us our orders, she forgot to give the drinks that we ordered and she said she will serve it immediately. Again, it took a while before they served our drinks. We already told many crews about it but still they did not entertain us. They waited for us to get upset and shout before they will provide you their service but still not a good service. Since we ordered unli rice, we asked them for two rice but they never gave us that. There are service crews that are standing in the center but still they did not entertain us. We are getting more upset that we could not eat anymore. What is more upsetting is that they never sympathize for the inconvenience that they have caused. They will only entertain you if you are dressed well and looks like you are capable of giving tips. Well tips are only be give to someone who deserved it. All I can say is, I will never try to enter to this restaurant anymore. We are almost late at work because of their poor...
Read moreWe tried Nena's Beth for our second inasal in Bacolod, and it did not disappoint—the paa was juicy, perfectly-seasoned, and not super charred. Their garlic/java rice was also worth the mention here as it was a good pair for the chicken. Try it with Calamansi Juice instead of soft drinks.
They also sell Oysters or Talaba for 70/small basin. It was a good buy, but always ask for a freshly steamed one (still hot), plus calamansi and salt.
Was it a good try? Yes! Will I return here? Why not! It was a pleasant experience. The service though, was okay but can still...
Read moreBest chicken in the world. Not even among chicken inasal places but all chicken I have every tried. I'm not even kidding this chicken is amazing. There is a reason why this stall is always full and the stalls near are empty or just a few people. If you come to Bacolod you MUST eat here.
They did change the name to Yena's but Google has not been updated yet.
