Had been craving nachos for awhile now and been wanting to check this place out, and at the same time, treat myself for Father's day. No crowd when I came (30 mins before lunch) and ordered nachos, beef, cheese and spicy green salsa. Beef looked a bit sad (needs a bit more browning IMO), but tastes decent. Cheese is good. But, the green salsa consisting primarily of cilantro and jalapenos was the best. And the three combined on top of those brightly colored and crisp nachos were excellent! My expectations were low having eaten at another Mexican themed chain in Manila which provided an overpriced and underwhelming cuisine. I have eaten at Mexican restos in New Jersey before which were catered by Mexican chefs. So you could say Jaime's salsas and nachos were spot on! This restaurant warrants a revisit.

Went here for dinner on a weekend. Less people than we expected. The restaurant has Mexican Vibes and there is a mural of Frida Kahlo, they have a very cute menu design. The music playing was not all mexican/spanish songs haha The restrooms are clean and smelled good. Servers were helpful and answers our queries. For the food, it was very filling! The beef chimichanga burrito, biria tacos and cheese quesadilla tasted great! We also had their blue lemonade and Carmen's Best Lite ice creams. Highly recommended. We loved the place. Will definitely come back again to try the other food options!

From interiors to flavors — everything’s a WINNER here! ✨ Found another must try restau in the City of Pines — Jaime’s Chimichanga ✅ Super nice interiors (IG/TikTok worthy 📸) ✅ Excellent service 🙌 ✅ Filipino-Mexican fusion dishes that hit the spot 🇵🇭🌮🇲🇽 Tried their cheezy jalapeno sticks P208, chimichanga P328 and fajita pollo P358 Amazing food but what really stood out is the service. Also they have costumes you can wear and they can take pictures of you and your loved ones. If you’re in Baguio, this is definitely a must-visit! 😍

I and my family recently had the pleasure of dining at Chimichanga and I must say, they definitely lived up to the hype! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the stage for a fantastic dining experience.

The menu at Chimichanga is filled with a mouthwatering variety of Filipino and Mexican dishes, and we had a tough time choosing what to order. Eventually, we settled on their signature chimichanga, and were blown away. The dish were executed to perfection - crispy on the outside, while the filling was flavorful and rich. Every bite was a delight, leaving us craving for more.

Aside from the amazing chimichanga, their other menu items were equally impressive. The starters were a great way to kick off the meal, being particularly fresh and vibrant. The variety of tacos and dishes we tried were all bursting with authentic Mexican flavors, while the the Filipino foods were generously portioned and incredibly satisfying.

In addition to the incredible food, the service at Chimichanga was top-notch. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable, which added to the overall positive impression of the restaurant.

They were a great accompaniment to the meal and were crafted with precision. The balance of flavors was just right, making them the perfect refreshment to complement the Mexican cuisine.

All in all, if you're in search of delicious and authentic Mexican food, look no further than Chimichanga. Their menu showcases a variety of flavorful dishes, and the restaurant itself exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. With excellent service to top it off, Chimichanga is sure to leave a lasting impression on...

When it comes to indulging in a wide range of flavors, Jaime's Chimichanga is a culinary paradise. From their mouthwatering burgers and burritos to the delectable sisig pork and sinigang na hipon, this restaurant offers a diverse menu that caters to various cravings.

One of the standout aspects of Jaime's Chimichanga is their attentive and helpful staff. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, they go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is enjoyable. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist create a welcoming atmosphere that adds an extra layer of satisfaction.

The interior design of Jaime's Chimichanga deserves special mention. Creativity is clearly on display, as the restaurant boasts an ambiance that is both trendy and comfortable. The unique combination of colors, textures, and decorative elements adds an element of excitement to your dining experience.

However, it's important to note that this delightful experience comes at a price. The menu prices at Jaime's Chimichanga can be on the higher side, making it a destination more suitable for special occasions or those with a flexible budget. While the quality of the food justifies the cost to some extent, it may not be the ideal option for those seeking an everyday dining spot.

One area that could use improvement is the parking situation. The restaurant's location poses a challenge when it comes to finding parking spaces, and it would be helpful if the guard could guide customers during the parking process and upon leaving. This would alleviate any concerns or frustrations associated with finding a suitable...

Family style, Mexican-themed restaurant. Cash and credit cards accepted. Lots of room and seating with two rooms to accommodate large groups.

I was told their birria tacos were their most popular item so that's what I had along with a cheese quesadilla. Cheese quesadilla was very simple and tasty - melted mozzarella (I think) cheese in a tortilla. Served with small tasters of red salsa, green salsa and sour cream. The salsas were both very tasty, the red a bit sweet and the green a bit sour. No real zing to them. For that you need to rely on the habanero sauce bottle on the table. My only complaint is that the tasters of the salsa were too small - they should have been at least three times as large to have enough for the entire quesadilla!

The birria tacos were definitely tasty but also extremely greasy and messy. The shredded beef inside has been slow boiled and is very tender but very greasy. The flavor is good, and there is a little bit of lettuce and cilantro on top. The meet is held in two fried semi-hard taco shells, and it's all accompanied by the rich broth the meat was cooked in for dipping. That's hardly necessary though considering how dripping wet the meat still is!

I had a mojito to go with it, one of only two cocktail options in addition to beer and then soft drinks and juices. It was tasty also.

For being on the other side of the world this was an enjoyable Mexican-ish experience. The brightness of the interior really made it an enjoyable place to sit and eat. I'd definitely go back to try some of their other menu options (chimichangas & burritos, just to...
