Happy, hoppin' little Vietnamese place. Only cash, no credit cards. Staff is very friendly and service is prompt. Menu offers include pho and banh mi with a variety of juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea to choose from.
Spring rolls are done well. Shrimp and grilled pork are two options (as well as vegetarian, chicken, and I think beef). Stylishly plated and a good way to whet the appetite for more.
Pho was very tasty - definitely had the authentic bone-broth flavor going on. However it could have benefited from a few more rice noodles. Would also have liked some chopped chilies as part of the garnish tray but the chili sauces (two different options) worked fine. They offer a seafood pho which isn't something I've run into before. My friend opted for that and seemed very content with it, but I opted for the beef and was not disappointed.
Banh mi are delicious and the baguettes are refreshingly crisp even in the humid Philippines atmosphere! However I wouldn't get their Rice Meal again. I opted for lemon grass chicken and while the chicken was very tender (and the portion respectable!) the flavor was just not enough.
Vietnamese coffee (with sweetened condensed milk) was nice and strong though it could have been a tad bit sweeter. Egg coffee was appropriately rich and creamy as well as sweet.
Atmosphere is nice and seating is all outdoors. Ground level is a little cramped and was packed when we visited. But they have a balcony area that is still covered and benefits from more of a breeze. Plus it was empty until we finished our meal - very delightful. Waitress was very professional, prompt and friendly. Food came out quickly and was appropriately hot (pho) and cool (spring rolls). I'll definitely stop back here again to try the banh mi and...

Conclusion In summary, this restaurant is a decent choice if you want to enjoy Vietnamese food in a pleasant setting.    Read moreWe had a terrible experience at Yes Pho here in Baguio. We ordered pho and found a fly in the soup and take note, it wasnât even 1/4 eaten yet. We calmly informed the staff and asked what should be done about it.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff came back saying the chef told them âthereâs nothing they can doâ aside from maybe replacing or refunding. They even insisted the dish was served âjust right without itâ and dismissed it as âjust a fruit fly.â After that, we were ignored.
We were so disappointed and pissed that we didnât even bother to take a photo. We just left immediately after, because the whole situation was handled so poorly.
There was no accountability, no proper apology, and it felt like we were being blamed for something clearly not our fault.
For a restaurant, food safety and customer respect should always come first. Unfortunately, our experience here was the complete opposite. I do not recommend this place...
