UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered pork nilaga soup via food panda. They delivered pork sinigang soup. We tried to call them and calmly ask what they can do to change the order. Instead of answering us, they questioned us what we should do. Why should we provide a solution for the mistake they have caused in the first place? They even put the call on hold for 5 mins without answes, and never responded to any of our follow up calls.

We personally went to see their place and talked to the manangement but we were met with rude and aggressive tones while we tried to question for their service. We were so pissed off, never ordering here again. Their mistakes will only cause u inconveniences and stress for free.

VERY RUDE...

Had a lunch here and chose their Set B Meal Package plus Tuna Panga. It was freshly cooked, served swiftly, and hurrah it's delicious. Ambiance is okay, not so cold, not so hot. Comfort Rooms need improvement though. It's located at the ground floor of Big Daddy Hotel which is just along the highway, so it's easy to find. Limited parking at the front but plenty...
