I rarely give reviews nowadays, but I'm very disappointed with our experience here. We ordered the ramen, the Aburi (sushi), gyoza, and takoyaki. To be fair, the ramen was good. Though it took a while for each dish to be served, we didn't mind; it was more about the quality of the food being served.
The sushi rice had the texture of undercooked regular rice mixed with sticky rice, and it didn't taste good at all. You have to dunk the whole sushi into the sauce to taste anything, not to mention how thin the toppings are and how you can see the rice being molded with too much force. The takoyaki was undercooked, and the gyoza's meat was still raw. You could see the pink, uncooked meat inside. We paid the whole bill but also informed the staff about it. They apologized and offered to cook the takoyaki again, but it would only burn the food if ever. They didn't offer any discount or other ways to compensate (not that I was expecting anything, but at least it should be offered), especially considering they could see the gyoza and takoyaki were almost untouched. Sorry, but it is something you can't eat.
Also, I want to comment about the food prep counter that we could see from the dining area. I worked in the food industry before, so I know it can't be pristine clean, but if your customers can see it, make sure it is presentable. The staff could be more presentable too. The one who assisted us was wearing a dirty apron while taking orders, and maybe they should also wear hair nets (I believe this is mandatory when dealing with food).

Read moreI’ve always spoken so highly of My Little Kuchi and even brought my family and relatives with me today so they could experience the same joy I had during my previous visits. That is why it truly breaks my heart to say that today’s experience left me deeply disappointed. The food, which I used to rave about, did not match the quality and consistency I had come to love. What upset me even more was finding a coin-sized piece of plastic in my drink. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but we did not even receive a simple apology. I am sharing this not out of frustration but in the hope that it brings attention to what could be improved for...

Second, ordered a bunch of food and none of them tasted good. Chashumen and beef ramen tasted like instant noodles. Meat smelled bad. I ordered tuna something and they pud canned tuna with one cucumber and a bunch of rice😂 Okonomiyaki isnt supposed to taste like that.
Third, the place had three flies so it felt like eating on the street.
Fourth, staff was too noisy chitchatting and the music was too...
