The great pretender. Thay smile to lure you. After payiing, they treat you trash. This could be a very convenient café/ coffee shop for pitstop, have nice coffee, take a break from the traffic. Location is very good, well placed. I have visited them quite often. However. The service is dedicated only for the drive thrus. They don't pay attention to you if you order from the inside. So if you want to have coffee and sit for a while. Park it (there are 2 slots in front, otherwise at the back), and walk yourself through the drive-thru and look silly to order your coffee as you stand without a car on the talking machine. Then walk in and find yourself a table to enjoy your coffee.

Iced Matcha ➡ tastes good ➡ i find it too sweet even though i told the staff to adjust it 2.) Cookie Crinkle ➡ too sweet for me ➡ sticks to your teeth 📌 ATMOSPHERE 1.) Good atmosphere. However, I encountered some customers who talk loud.

Drive-thru service here is very fast and the ambiance reflects the design philosophies of newer CBTL branches. They have their ristretto line here if that’s your thing. They seem to have changed the beans they use for this line. Or it might be just me. Some of the staff we know from other eastern branches of CBTL so service is top notch.

I visit this coffee shop almost everyday. CBTL Cainta offers a delightful ambiance and a spotless environment that makes it a pleasant place to unwind and work. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a great experience. However, the choice of religious music may not be to everyone's taste, and it might be worth considering a more universally appealing playlist.
