My experience is very disappointed 😔 April 3, 2019 lunch time at nag dine kami, first Kaya kuya j hands up ako sa experience Ng sarap Ng kuya j sa ibang branches. Pero dito sa branch na to sm east Ortigas very bad service at manager. Ask me why first sa service ilang beses kami Ng follow up Ng order at take note upon reservation palang nag take na Ng order to save time but upon deliver Ng food Hindi sabay sabay which is dapat sabay sabay ilalapag. Ending ung mga unang nilapag na food lumamig, second ung server no proper communication pag dating sa follow up, biruin mo ung additional ko na order na rice platter 3times akong nag follow up. Ending nanaman ubos na ung Ulam rice Wala pa. At ung ibang staff hihintayin pang tawagin para mag offer Ng service water at mag salin sa baso. At third and last billing Naman diskarte ko di pa kami tapos kumain pinapakuha ko na ung bill, well good Naman at nabigay kagad at nag pa discount ako Ng PWD. Matapos ibigay ung final bill na receipt I expect na ung total bill Yun ung babayaran ko so I give a cash. And then matagal na kami nasalabas Ng wife ko biglang my lumapit samin na server kala ko sukli pero Hindi pala kulang daw so nagulat ako KC I expect ung final bill is done with discount but Hindi pala, lumapit uli kami sa tapat Ng restaurant then walang makasagot samin Ng Tama Kung my discount na then punta Ang server sa cashier and my lumapit uli samin then my calculator na dala and nag manual sa harap namin den I ask the server " bakit ka nag compute sa harap namin eh kitang Kita sa bill ung mag kano ung na discount" Then server said " sir kasi minsan ung computer sa billing namin KC minsan di Tama mag discount" so Sabi ko you mean nan loloko kau Ng guest KC ung computer nyo na nag lalabas Ng receipt di Tama? Pano nakapasa sa DTI Yan? At nag patawag nako Ng manager to handle the complain properly at Ang manager na Yun at SI SARINA, at nag kwento nanaman ako regarding sa nangyari then ni isang sorry for that happen walang lumabas sa bibig nya at take note it's take 40mins kami nag hintay para maayos Lang ung magulo nilang final bill, at walang ginawang action ung SARINA. My lumabas para sa final bill MANAGER din at DENNIS Ang name and nag pa kwento uli sa nangyari at sya pa Ang nag sorry at hindi ung SARINA na unang manager na sya Ang unang nag handle samin at bandang huli mag tatago at DENNIS NA ung haharap para mag explain. I understand na my Mali sa billing pero I pay for the food give me a geegr experience KC Ang kuya j masarap na Ang food pero bonus nalng Ang great experience para bumalik Ang customer. Attention sa manager na Sarina daw KC I think pinag takpan na at nag tago bila at SI Dennis Lang Ang nag banggit Ng name nya. Which is si Dennis my name plate sa uniform manager sya pero SARINA Wala huh pano nang yari na manager ka dapat ikaw nag papakita Ng proper uniform sa staff mo. Read moreWaiting time very long. Appetizers ordered which are supposed to be served ahead were served the same time the other food are served. The manager kept busy by nibbling, chewing something,going inside the cooking area; when it should be organizing her team re food orders. Many of the customers kept on looking at their watches (or the nice display case)wondering when we can finally have at least one of our orders.It took 25 mins for the Dinamita to arrive after I have followed up,and another 8 for the other appetizer plus the other food to b served. But the waiters were still very polite and courteous. One more thing, when said manager saw one drink overfilled by bartender over the curvd part of glass, she rebuked him n signalld him to remove the excess(this was about oh 2 ml?) Read moreI don't know but when I got billed for Php 284 on my palabok and halo halo order around lunchtime on june 23 of this year, the change for the 1k bill that I handed out entirely comprised 50-peso bills and sundry coins (as if to spite me for my niggardly expense?). And upon heading out I glanced at the female crew manning the entrance to greet incoming guests, but she petulantly looked away as if to make the point of not thanking me for patronizing their business (again out of spite?); or maybe i just read into it a bit too much. the fare was quite traditionally authentic and fairly delectable. but it was the latter-part customer service-- though the girl that ushered me to my seat and took my order was golden -- that i think disappointed me a bit. but it could just be me. still, i won't be coming back...
