I felt grossed out eating here. The tables, chairs and floors were extremely dirty, the KFC employee was going around dragging a trolley of trash and dirty dishes RIGHT NEXT TO THE EATING CUSTOMERS (at one point even leaving the full dirty cart on its own while he did other stuff, not even bothering to keep it to the side), the trays they serve the food in was dirty and had so many oily fingerprints on it... and to top it all off, I waited 15mins just to be served cold, stale burger and fries. I didn't want to eat it but I also don't believe in wasting food, so I just hope I don't get food poisoning from this. I really believe the cause of such a disgusting environment and service is simply the disregard of the franchise owner for quality, and the branch manager is lazying off not doing his/her job. If this was in any other country, this branch would be shut down. Oh and I saw a roach drag racing around the place. Absolutely horrifying!! Forgot to mention :: I placed my order through the touch screen kiosk.. I specifically put my drink as a large sprite but I got an iced tea. When I tried to explain, they said ya order says iced tea. So I just took it and didn't bother arguing. Even their machines are messed up!! Looking back at the reviews of others, this branch needs to be whipped...

Despite trying to reach the branch, no one answered, so I called the KFC Hotline where luckily someone responded. I explained my complaint, but when the branch called back, the person seemed to treat it as a joke, laughing while speaking to me. She admitted it was her mistake, mistaking the Chizza code for extra rice. She promised to arrange a Grab delivery ASAP, considering we had already waited nearly an hour for the initial order. The second delivery took at least 30 minutes, presumably because they were trying to cut costs and had to ask another Grab driver for a favor since it was along their route.
TL;DR: Order was incomplete. Waited an hour for the first delivery. Branch phone was unresponsive; had to call KFC hotline. Employee treated the issue as a joke. Second delivery took 30+ minutes due to needing another Grab...
Read moreThis has to be the worst KFC I've ever visited. We were here two times and both times I ended up spitting out the food.
The first time I thought the chicken tasted weird, but I still finished some of it. I thought it may have been the specific burger.
The second time I had a Zinger and they told me that the food would take 10 minutes. When I started eating, I noticed to my surprise that the chicken was nearly completely raw. I spat it out but unfortunately also swallowed some of it.
I became sick within a few hours and spent almost a week with horrible stomach cramps and very unpleasant toilet visits.
I do expect this was a mistake but it absolutely is an unacceptable...
