KFC — Restaurant in Calamba

My wife and I visit the Calamba Laguna area a few times each month and we always visit the SM Calamba mall where this KFC is located inside the mall. We have always enjoyed this KFC.

However, for the last several months, a lot of the chicken we have received has been dry with the meat not moist and the skin hard as a rock. Even if we politely ask for fresh chicken, some pieces are so tough our grandma can't even chew it.

Also, we often ask for sides of coleslaw and every single time we request it, they don't have any! They also seem to run out of sundaes a lot too.

This SM Calamba mall has limited parking, so we would prefer sometimes to have this KFC order delivered. Oddly, neither Grab nor Food Panda offer delivery. We're not sure why they don't have delivery, but it's a shame and I'm sure it's a large economic loss to KFC.

This KFC is always clean, and the service is exceptional. We still visit and take out or eat inside. I'm glad it exists...

One of your cashiers showed rude attitude and threw the bucket at us when we requested to take out our 10-pc chicken order to be put in a bucket which they initially put in a non-bucket container because it is their “policy” when the order is dined in. This does not make sense because we also ordered a 6-pc garlic butter chicken for dine-in which came in a bucket.

Server/Cashier told us to reuse the bucket from the 6pc garlic butter chicken we ordered for our 10-pc order which we initially agreed to but later on decided not to do because the bucket was already dirty from the glaze.

A bad day does not excuse your servers from having a bad attitude. It is a shame that the food is good but the service is horrendous, and for this reason, we will...
