Angel's Pizza - Monumento — Restaurant in Caloocan

We made an order since morning, 11am and none of them had confirmed our order, we updated our order after lunch and promised to have it delivered at 4:30pm, they made another call and asked if it's okay for our order to be delivered around 5:30pm. It is now 6pm and our order isn't here yet. Very poor customer service!!

This store can't handle too much customer especially during an occasion. Unprofessional and poor management.

As for the Pizza, we are now getting Less toppings and less Cheese, Pizza isn't cut well. The Pizza bread isn't as good as before.

Beside that, I have another Issue with their website. The website is a 1/10. You Log in but doesn't show you whether you are logged in already or not because you can't check your profile account. Even if you're logged in, You still need to confirm your APC card number even tho my APC card is already linked to my account. Their Location/Address system is incomplete! There's no Navotas city. Not even Malabon. I waited for update for months but they never developed it! Very poor...

The place is situated near the busy path of Monumento circle in Caloocan. They do not have parking space but you can park at the nearby SM Hypermart parking lot for a fee.

The restaurant have interesting menu. They have a must-try pizza with creamy spinach dip as a topping which you won't regret ordering. Another must-try is their pasta, asian fusion Charlie Chan like taste.

However, the restaurant itself is not that bad just need a little makeover and the staff should be more attentive to dining customers as the service with the smile is somewhat lacking. They are so are busy with the online orders as their location is like a food hub for the area.

Creamy Spinach was a signature of Angel's and my family loved it, however, no one wants to eat Hawaiian one! We like Hawaiian pizzas in general, but we were so disappointed with the huge pineapple round slices. Why not just cut the pineapples into normal bite sizes?
