Out of all the Abacas in Cebu, I like the ambience here the most. It actually feels like a coffee house. And the tiny building itself feels like something you'd find somewhere in the Midwest. Very Americana somehow. They seem to have resolved their air con issues, but sometimes it’s really warm in there. The service otherwise is good. Even bought a loaf to go. Unfortunately seating is limited and there are several individual students occupying entire tables by themselves, not studying much of course. The wifi comes in and out.
