Bo's Coffee — Restaurant in Cebu City

Not only do i love this place, i love the ambience and location of this place, it’s close to my place which makes it easier for me to get to, but i so so so much love the coffee shop in general, not so busy and noisy, unlike other bo’s coffee branch but the staffs are very friendly and welcoming, limited seats tho, which i understand cos of the size of the shop. The Wi-fi works and the speed is great. limited charging ports, bring your extensions. the CR is well decorated and it’s so clean and smells good. This place is Perfect for hangout and dates and also for studyout. The music playlists is great too. one of my best branches of Bo’s Coffee in Cebu City....

I was placing my order and the cashier guy said, "The server is down right now and we can't take your order. Please wait a moment.”

I was sitting down and three customers came in and placed their orders with the cashier. If they are ready to order, they should call the first waiting customer to come in. I informed the female employee of this and she blushed.

Well, I ordered a drip coffee. Then I was told that it would take 30 minutes. When I asked why, she pointed me to the coffee maker, but I could only get information that there was no coffee in the server. How is it possible that it takes 30 minutes to make a simple drip coffee?

After entering the shop, I waited for the server to be back, and when I was finally able to order, I was told to wait 30 minutes.

These lazy employees should be fired immediately.

Of course, I left the shop without ordering. All the time I spent waiting and coming to here was for nothing. I would like to disclose the names of the employees, but I will refrain from doing...

The shop is clean and well-maintained. They have an area with cute cork board on the wall you can post notes on. Suitable for small groups, if I remember it right, there were 8 tables with 2 seats each. This cafe has electrical outlets you can use to charge your devices.

For the food, I had Ham, Egg, & Cheese Bogel which was good but the bread was more on the chewy side. Cafe Latte was fair enough.
