Before watching "The Darkest Minds" movie 🎥 We dined first here at Boy Zugba. Eye catching colored theme on the decor, and is nice to look at, placards show "hugot lines". So the interior and decor are somewhat good. Everyone's accommodating and attending to your needs! They'll even help you out on taking photos plus the placards! Crews look happy 😊 and that gives a great ambiance to the place. Sets a good mood. They offer a lot of dishes on their menu, filipino dishes. All Looks mouth watering on their menu! We ordered the chicken inasal meal and the pork liempo and the palabok. Food was served so we ate and it was not what we had expected. I thought something is gonna be special. It's your ordinary chicken 🍗 sauce inasal, like just grilled and them flavored to taste. The liempo was not as promising too but ok. I love palabok and the one we had was a bit too salty and the shrimp 🍤 wasn't fresh at all, though tasted good but not that good. And our drinks were not served together with what we had ordered, so I made a follow up. Other than those was fine.

This restaurant prides itself as an inspired restaurant that serves the best Bisayan (Visaya Region of the Philippines) grilled & home-cooked meals with a modern twist to create a new dining experience. Well on this my first visit I was aiming for the tradition Bisayan home cooked meals. This is our first time in here, so we were conservative with our light lunch order. If the food is good, we’ll be back and definitely order a lot more. My two brothers ordered chicken inasal. I ordered pork BBQ, which was tasty, but could have been more tender. We also ordered pork sinigang which came in a large clay pot, but the contents was about ¼ the size of the pot. Lots of veggies, delicious thick broth, but there was probably only six bite size pork belly which should have been boil tenderized for 30 more minutes. Our crispy fried eggroll, which should have been an appetizer came almost at the end of the meal, and after following up on it twice. This flaky egg roll was very deliciously tender and crispy. It saved the day for this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant during our trip to Cebu, and our experience was mixed. The food was okay overall. The sinigang, though flavorful, was an enormous portion—far too much for two people. The lechon kawali, while tasty, was a bit tough to chew. The service was slow, so be prepared to exercise some patience. It took a long time for our food to arrive. While it's worth trying once, I'll be exploring other options in the future.

First time trying this restaurant and will definitely be our last. Ambience was good, it was neat and the aesthetic really shouts "filipino" and we liked it. Food took quite sometime, we literally finished one game on ml before it was served. They gave us the food first (no utensil) drinks were served along with the utensils AFTER 8 mins... Rice were warm almost cold while we noticed other costumers were served rice that was "smoking" hot ... pork bbq was a bit tough and still and a little undercooked (the sauce was great though)

Asked for the bill, they said they will give it in a bit(waited another almost 10 mins) no one came so we had to get the cashier's attention and bill was sent...
