One of the first things I did when I visited Cebu was to eat lechon of course! Got the Spicy Lechon and paired it with Ensaladang Talong. I like how the freshness of the salad balances the fat and richness of the Lechon. The skin was hit or miss, some were crispy while others were not. The menu didn't have any solo meal options. Although I wanted to try the Dinuguan, I had to forego ordering it because the serving size is too big for just one. I hope they consider adding smaller portions for solo costumers. I went on a Tuesday afternoon, the place was not too packed. The decor is very straightforward, it feels like a canteen almost. Service was okay but I remember waving a few times to get the servers' attention. They have ample parking at the ground floor, the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. For those bringing a bike, you may chain it near the stairs at the back. They don't have proper bike parking but there is a guard on duty.

Should place a sign below if you have no more lechon available to avoid unnecessary going up your un ergonomically designed stairs. 1pm and there is no more lechon, i think this business needs optimization in their inventory and streamline lead time, you should replace your manager or hire external one (is your son or dauther the manager) as clearly it shows signs of classic family run business. No stock Have experienced this 3x already that is why I am making this review. Mafia It is well known that this establishment favors certain customers. This mislead you about stock availability and times their stock is coming. Could prevent this by rotating staff and hiring from agency to renew staff every 6mos. Also this is their scallops (pictured). Are you for real? This is mussels or locally known as tahong. both families under mollusk. Their owners don’t even know what they are selling.

The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the building—just a heads-up to walk carefully going up so you don’t slip. There were a lot of staff around to assist, and since it was already past lunch, the place wasn’t too crowded. We got seated a bit farther from the main area, which might be why the service wasn’t super attentive, but it was still okay overall. The food was really good! The lechon was crispy and flavorful, just as expected. The tinola was surprisingly tasty, and although the pakbet was a bit overcooked, everything else we tried was great. Our friends from Cebu were proud to take us here—it’s one of the more well-known lechon spots in the city, however, sometimes it is best to be adventurous.

This place provided poor service. They made us wait for our order for 1 hour. Only to know that our ONLY order for the whole family, 2 kilograms of lechon, is no longer available. No one in their staff had the sense of decency to inform our table that what we ordered and waited for almost an hour was no longer available. If no one in our family followed up the order, we would still be waiting there for nothing. We had seniors and children waiting for the food and this is what we got from them. They had no communication with their kitchen crew and kept taking orders, not knowing that the item is no longer available. They kept blaming each other that it was a mistake done by a kitchen crew. This could have been prevented if they were organized in how they handled the...
