J.CO Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Cebu City

The customer service is not commendable, crew are very rude. They laughed at my preferred coffee combination, because i ordered latte with additional scoop of ice cream. They laugh after i mentioned it. (I'm a tourist here btw) i accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor, no one even rushed to help me as everyone else are watching me while laughing. I dont understand Visayan dialect as well and I only wore my baggy clothes and slippers. But it seems like they wanted to serve people who only look lavish and was dressed nicely. But I'm well aware and i have money to buy coffee and donuts. The experience wasn't very nice it ruined my whole day. So i decided to go to Starbucks instead and to my surprise the universe gave me an uno reverse card; I got a complimentary coffee with my SB card. i may look cheap or wear simple clothes but I own a crystal shop in Metro Manila. So i know i can afford to buy doughnuts or coffee. One thing is for sure, most of the crew there in JCo SM City Cebu are judgemental and rude. I would like to send my concern regarding your customer service in SM City branch. Earlier this morning, as my friend and I were still indecisive on what flavors to buy, one staff asked how many dozens would I like to buy. My friend politely said “Later nalang miss. Nagthink pa mi unsa na flavor”. Unexpectedly, her face turned sour and I was shocked as to why would that happen. If taking our time pisses your staffs off, I dont know how they would handle if seniors are there to buy as well.

In addition to this, as we have settled on what flavors to buy, one other co-worker attended our wants but somehow looks and sounds very rude.

Poor customer service, don’t plan on buying here if you don’t wanna be...

The line is always long it's because the donut is good yeah we get it but there's a sign in the glass window big sign! social distance are observed really!!! big one but nobody's follow the rules sign except me I guess so close each other and ME i follow the protocol like 6 ft. and the security guard react and said to me move forward i refused and he react like stupid it doesn't make sense ghessshhh...
