CALLING FOR THE ATTENTION OF MANG INASAL IT PARK
I just ordered BBQ but I waited for almost 45mins . What a bad service and even the area is so untidy .
I ordered BBQ solo (₱99.00) for take out and give them a hundred but the cashier didn’t even give me a change. I know it was only 1 peso but your service really trigger me . If I didn’t ask for refund if it’s still take so long, they didn’t prepare my order . I got no utensils and the food was raw (as you can see in the picture).
This is not only one time but twice already . First time was almost the same, I stopped to dine in and the place was so messy and the food I got was not fresh seems like they just heat it up or I don’t know . I can really tell that it was not freshly cook .
Talking about the messy area. I saw this one staff and I knew that he saw that the place was so dirty - chairs and tables are disarrange, some customers are the one who clean up the tables. Read moreI would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at one of your branches in the Ayala central block i.t park Cebu city Philippines. During my recent visit, I ordered a take-out Halo-Halo, but the staff mistakenly served it as dine-in. I brought this to their attention, but the response was dismissive and lacked professionalism.
Additionally, I ordered a Coke without ice specifically because children were going to have it. However, the drink was served with ice. When I politely complained about the mistake, one of your staff responded in an arrogant and disrespectful manner that felt insulting, instead of acknowledging the error and responding with courtesy.
As a customer, I believe it is important for staff to be trained in proper customer service, especially when handling complaints. A simple acknowledgment and polite response would have made a big difference.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider providing further training to your team to improve their attitude and service quality.

Read moreI am eating mang inasal all my life, so far this branch is the worst, the rules caught me off guard. I was annoyed that they asked how much scoop of rice and proceeds to tell me that 2 scoops is the limit(this is the only branch ive been to does that). Secondly, the sauces and chicken oil are not in the table(unusual because it also has limit especially the chicken oil). Third, this point i was so mad that i keep standing to get the things i need, i asked an employee to do it for me then he proceeds to teach me how to get those done(lazy and annoying employee), fourth, half of the employees are in break during 12 to 2.
