We came in for dinner and ordered.lumpiang shanghai and beef siomai amongst other items.When the food arrived, sunog yung lumpinag shanghai.plus no soy sauce was served together with the siomai. When the Manager was asked about the sunog na.lumpiang shanghai, icheck nya daw. That means she does not even know that the products under her supervision and shift is not being cooked properly and according to standards. When asked for soy sauce, out of stock daw. When we asked why they didn't inform us in advance, sagot nila.is because we didn't ask!!!??? When asked why no napkins was provided, they said it is only upon request and not automatic. Service here is terrible and the quality of service we used to have from other branches is definitely way better than the service here. Cashier Jennelyn's service was bad....worse is the service of Store Manager Glory who did not show any kind of empathy. Did not even show that she was actually apologetic at all about the bad...
Read moreWe made our order via food panda, one of the items is pork chao fan. It said in the website that our order will arrive in 1 hour. Then 30 minutes later they texted us that chao fan pork is not available, we could not reply on the number they used to text us. So we called their hotline number then informed us that our entire order was cancelled, not just the pork chao fan. So we graciously relayed our orders again via phone only to inform us that most of our preferred items are unavailable. Exasperated, we just did not push through with our orders because there was no point. Chowking has very unreliable delivery service. I thought they were part of the Jollibee group of companies, well they certainly did not live up to it.. tsk, tsk, tsk......
Read moreI was given the beeper which I thought will make a sound when my order is ready, wasn't aware it doesn't and that it has a specific # on it. And so while waiting, I didn't notice that my # has been called several times as I was scrolling through my phone. Take note, in other branches that beeper make a beeping sound, hence the name. Now, this one crew dropped my order accidentally and when I asked if that order was mine, he sarcastically told the kitchen crew to replace it (which I did not ask, I was only asking if the order was mine).
