The Filipino dishes at this restaurant are undeniably delicious, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, which makes it a great place for a meal. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown, leaving much to be desired.

Our dining experience was marred by long wait times for our food and an overall lack of attentiveness from the staff. Basic customer service skills seemed to be missing, as we weren’t greeted or acknowledged when our orders were taken, nor was there any apology for the delays. While there were plenty of waitstaff walking around, it was clear they weren’t actively checking in with customers or ensuring that diners’ needs were met. One staff member in particular appeared more interested in taking notes than engaging with guests, spending much of the time sitting idly in a corner while others were busy attending to their duties. This lack of proactive service really stood out and impacted the overall experience.

Additionally, we opted for the unlimited margaritas, but despite our initial excitement, we were only served one round throughout the meal. We were only asked about a second round after we had finished eating, and even then, we waited a long time for our drinks to arrive. When they did, the frozen margaritas were served with almost all the ice melted, suggesting they had been sitting around for quite some time.

While the food and ambiance have potential, the service needs significant improvement. For a restaurant of this caliber, attention to customer needs and timely service should be a priority. The management needs to take this feedback seriously and work on their staff ensuring the overall dining experience of customers...

We came to this restaurant to celebrate father's day over dinner. We already expected they dont do reservations on holidays and that the place would be crowded. We are 7th in waiting list. It was fine BUT what really disappointed me and my family is the fact that the staff PRIORITIZED TOURISTS who literally JUST GOT THERE. The lady who led us to our table was not even in the mood and was rushing. We were seated at the 2nd level. Sorta like a roof deck. We had no roof and there was 80% chance of rain that evening. We were worried of where we were being seated so my dad asked a waiter what happens if it'll rain and our food has been served. The waiter was so shock and asked us if the lady at the desk (who a.k.a was the one who led us to our seats) did not inform us about it. Well no. Apparently, the restaurant WILL NOT REPLACE the food if ever there are circumstances that it will rain. Like seriously?? You led us to our seats that we did not choose and in an al fresco seating with no roof nor canopy but you wont replace our food if ever it were to rain and we cannot salvage our food?? We ended up eating fast. tsk. The music and speaker was also too loud that we either have to raise our voice to talk or go near and cup my ears to my sibling to listen to what she said. The food was decent. The only thing that was nice is the only friendly waiter we encountered. But the management seriously need to do something about prioritzing tourists who came there last minute while making other locals...

It was my first time coming here. We went early so it was not quite packed as the reviews are saying. In fact, the first floor was still quite empty. Anyway, here is the summary of my experience dining here as a first time customer.

4/5 - food was okay for me. We ordered the platter set and it was so affordable we paid like 2k atleast for 6 people. The baked scallops are 👌. But, the crabmeat does not taste fresh. The serving is enough for the 6 of us with left overs. The sinigang also has small serving of meat feels like a menudo cut which is weird. Somehow I was wondering if the menudo was disguising as a sinigang 🤣. Also, the crispy patta is quite delicious too, the pancit is also yummy. I really like the lemon drink. It's not too sweet or bland.

4.5/5 - atmosphere is okay, the place in the middle is not quite lit. Should probably add more string lights in the middle to lighten up a bit the place. The area is clean and has great ambiance for taking picture. The first floor really feels like a restaurant-bar. The place was not as packed when I went there.

5/5 - the service is okay, especially the servers are so cute, fast and attentive to our needs. They asked if our...
