Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Cebu City

Im just disappointed- i invited my family to eat at shakeys robinsons cybergate coz i know they have a 2017 meal deal promo with free supercard. I was told by another branch that i could transfer my points from my old card to the new one coz my old card will expire next month- but to my surprise the cybergate branch refused... My point is this- it is the same card, with the same benifits and with the same owner so why cant they transfer a few points??? These points are earned by the customer... If i keep on ordering that meal deal then imagine how many cards would i have under my name?? Simply stupid! If i would give the card to my other family members then it would be of no use since me and my wife are usually the one spending- and we both have our own shakeys...

I ordered a simple classic spaghetti and I was served with a cold pasta, they tried to fix it but again served me with an overcooked pasta,tried to fix it again ,served me with the same sloppy pasta .All is well but to hear a staff saying.
