The cashiers were very rude when entertaining questions. The food is good, but the attitude shown by your cashiers were very unprofessional. Their tones when answering our queries were very rude and sarcastic which put us in a such a foul mood while waiting for our orders. It is such a disappointment because we love Angel's Pizza.

And another thing was, we tried to call to place our orders earlier and to just pick it up later, but none of their numbers could be reached. We tried calling multiple times, and during the times they picked our calls up, we weren't able to communicate properly. First time they answer, they said the call was choppy, ended the call. The next time we called, they were once again unavailable. And the second time they picked up, it seemed as though they just picked the phone up because nobody from their end was talking. We tried calling about 30 times, but we still ended up walking in to place our orders, hence, encountering your rude cashiers.

This brand’s pizza has always been consistent. However, in this particular establishment, the staff are awfully rude. The cashier who was supposedly taking my order was on her phone texting for a good 10-15 seconds before bringing her attention to me. After that, she only noticed the car that was parked out in front. The driver was aware that he had to park at the back, but the driveway was heavily congested, which is why he could not move for quite a while. As I explained to the cashier the situation, she insisted in a condescending manner that she will not take my order, which was enraging on my part.

PS. There was another customer who had a tricycle parked in front. But the difference is, she took their order and then only gave them a reminder to park their vehicle at the back.

I would like to raise to the management and higher ups to please do train your staff to be professional and fair to all patrons. They simply cannot act all high and mighty and choose to pick on customers and ruin a person’s afternoon like that. Do better, Angel’s...

Very rude staff especially the cashier. The attitude of how she served her customer, not even listening well when we were ordering. Give us the wrong size of pizza. We ask to check our pizza, just passed it to others. And if it weren't for the other staff who told us what he thought was our order. the cashier made a mistake and she did not even realized it.
