Chowking — Restaurant in Dagupan

March 29,2025 UNPROFESSIONAL!! I recently visited Chowking, however my experience was underwhelming. The manager on duty showed a serious lack of professionalism and manners. Their response to my questions concerning my order was rude, and they demonstrated a clear lack of fundamental etiquette needed in the food service sector. It was clear that the manager displayed little interest in aiding clients or providing a pleasant dining experience, and their actions reflected poorly on the establishment as a whole. this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position, and I hope that our comment triggers a reassessment of the customer service standards at this store. I will contemplate future trips unless there are considerable improvements in management. My and my family traveled a really long wag and we are very polite for asking our needs...

The food was ok. Service is mediocre. False advertising. We bought the P499 Family Lauriat. They told me they don’t ghat the regular size drink so i have to add P69 for 3 people. Why not get cups to solve this issue, instead of penalizing the customers for your lack of initiative to get regular cups for the drinks chow-king advertised. Then when the for came out LOL with disappointment, the advertised good for 3 people pancit canton is only good for 1 person lol. Probably the size of cooked pancit canton that you can buy at the grocery store(lucky me). LMFAO...

Twice ordered thru app. 1st one, tsaka lang kinonfirm noong nandoon nako for pick up. I waited more or less half an hour. Then today nag order po kami ulit more than an hour advance for our lunch, then biglang ikacancel ng walang abiso kasi nakita lang nila yung order noong tumawag na ako thru landline.
