Was at this restaurant this afternoon. Been waiting for like 1hr or so. The orders are still not yet complete. They didn't inform us at the counter while ordering that we have to wait for the zinger steak cause it's not yet available. My nephew is complaining how his drink is already finished and yet his food hasn't been served. The elder nephew has finished his food already, while the rest of us are still waiting for our food. And they also missed to add 1 more order, so we need to order again. Still waiting.
And for the service crew. Like 20mins had past before they get to clean our table. They seem not busy since there are not so much customers inside still stall. Also, they are all hiding at the back. So we had to wait til someone comes by before we can ask them to clean our table. And they didn't even clean good. Still got rice left on the table.
Won't be dining here again.
We were about to cancel the order and the order is suddenly ready.
The cashier also didn't ask for the drink and just decided that every drink is iced tea.
When the order is FINALLY ready, my sis wanted to buy a coleslaw. But when it's her turn at the counter, the cashier asked her to move to the other counter where there were 3 other customers lined up. She ended up not ordering and we just finished our meal...

Tables and chairs not cleaned well. It would actually stay dirty for an extended period of time if the lines are long.
There will be a queue at the kiosk as they ask everyone to order from there. Their kiosks (2 kiosks) don’t accept digital payments. That means you have to line up again at the cashier.
You’ll be appalled finding out that there’s only 1 line for cashier. Not to mention that they don’t assist Senior/PWD/Pregnant women unless they queue up in the kiosk. I have witnessed myself seeing not even a hint of providing an average customer service from these employees as they refuse to take an order from a pregnant woman who is on the queue to the cashier and was advised to go to the kiosk to input their order.
There was also an instance where there was a senior citizen who lined up at the cashier was refused of service and got directed to the kiosk. They did not even offer to assist the elderly to order in the kiosk.

Read moreAlright this is by far one of the worst ones I've seen so far. Food is as usual since this is a fast food anyways but here's a few things that made eating here absolutely detestable.
The biggest issue I had with the location was the hygiene; The entire floor and eating area smelled like soap and oil and it wasn't just a section, it was all of it regardless of where you eat in the store. The utensils weren't washed properly and had visible dried soap marks on them. The utensils warmer was dirty, had no hot water in it, and had residue at the bottom of it too, mas malinis pa sa ibang karinderia.
Considering I was here on a weekday and it was before dinner rush, service was surprisingly slow. And for a relatively spacious store they don't really have anyone bussing and cleaning tables???
Finally this is much more of a personal gripe but might be a turn off nonetheless for others, wala sa self service section nila yung dispenser ng gravy. Even KFCs in worse places have self service gravy, what makes this place so special that I have to walk up to the counter na malayo to...
