Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

It has been a while since I last dined in at Pizza Hut. I was craving their salad and cheesy bites crust pizza. I was so shocked to see their serving of Caesar Salad “for sharing”. We actually had to ask the waiter if that was their “for sharing”. And they got it from our table and replaced it for another one. But it was exactly the same one they just added more dressing. Their Caesar Salad was actually my favorite in Pizza Hut aside from their pizzas. But this time, it was obviously a LOT less than what I order before and the taste was not the same. I was very disappointed. The salad that I was craving was not the one served to us. Honestly, it was very upsetting. Then we ordered pizza with cheesy bites. No problem there. We ordered their chicken wings platter, pretty mediocre. Nothing special. We got 2 different flavors, but they honestly have the same taste. No difference between the 2 flavors we got. Next, the atmosphere! Two thumbs down! They had their own music playing in the background. But it was too loud, to the point that me and my companions were shouting at each other because we couldn’t hear each other. Their restroom needs upgrading in all aspects. I don’t need to list each one but please also put attention to your washroom/restroom. With today’s society, after the pandemic, I shouldn’t even be telling you these things. You should already know these things by now. I do hope that this is not the case in EVERY Pizza Hut branch! Do not recommend. I will honestly be thinking twice if I still want to eat...

This is the Worst Pizza Hut Branch ive been to in my whole Life. Me and my wife Went here to have some dinner before we go home. But the Experience we had was the Worst. Its okay to tell the Guest that you Guys are already on Closing and got your Final Order we will understand that. But to the point that no one even greeted “welcome Maam/Sir” thats a Big NO for Me. Ive Worked in this kind of profession for so Long and i Never treated any Guest in that manner. In addition to that this Cashier Lady named Tracy or Racy as ive Seen on her Name Tag when she served our Meal she Just Dumped it on our table not even placing it in Front of the Guest. And there is a Kid Running Around the Premises. Let me tell you one thing Guys that if you Work as a Front of the House Crew your Attitude says it all to you, if you show a guest your bad attitude that ruins the name of a Brand that you’re working for. Because first Impression Last. Your Work experience or your Educational Background does not define you fully. It’s the Attitude that Counts. 99% Attitude and 1% Experience/Talent/ edBackground. We just lost our Appetite because of what you Guys doing. If you cannot Handle a Single table with a couple of guest, how much more if you have Full house?? WORST SERVICE EVER!!! WE WAITED SO LONG FOR THE LASAGNA AND BAC,MAC&CHEESE TO BE SERVED! WAITED LIKE 30 MINUTES FOR JUST A LASAGNA TO BE SERVED AND THEN ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR THE BAC,MAC&CHEESE!!! WORST PART WAS, WE'RE ALREADY DONE EATING AND PIZZA'S STILL NOT SERVE!!! WHEN WE FOLLOWED UP FOR IT, THE CREW JUST SAID OKAY AND WEN'T TO THEIR KITCHEN TO ASK FOR IT. THEN ANOTHER CREW APPROACH US AND ASKED WHAT'S THE PIZZA THAT WE ORDERED. SERIOUSLY???? WE WASTED AN HOUR AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN PREPARE OUR ORDER!! CREWS AT THE RESTAURANT WERE EVEN POINTING AT EACH OTHER 'BOUT WHOSE TO BLAME. WE'RE NOT THE TYPE TO MAKE A SCENE SO WE LET IT PASS, BUT EVEN UNTIL BILLING OUT WE STILL NEED TO WAIT COUPLE OF MINTUNES!!!
