Caitlyn's — Restaurant in Davao City

Ordered with Food-Panda, took much longer than normal. About 1 hour and being very near. Second, I really don't like this kind of food, I don't know how the dumplings got so unnatural green. Almost like painted, food-coloring chemicals maybe?. Also the seafood vegetable roll was no roll at all. The seafood was only 2 small tasteless surimi sticks in a slimy sauce, I though there would be pieces of fish (0), Shrimps(0), vegetables(0). It must be the sauces the Philippinos like to make it good for them. Actually the food without sauce tasted very sweet. Philippine style, not mine. Very cheaply and fast made. No effort, than I wonder why it took 1 hour? Probably they have lots of clients drinking Coke also. I don't think it's healthy and natural. Sorry.. 1 time is enough for me....

The best Chinese Restaurant in town! It's not overrated unlike the other well-known restaurants. It's close to authentic and everything tastes good. Spicy wontons are a must try. I also loved their Pork Bola Bola Siopao. The price is also just right.

The place though is just like a typical Chinese resto. If you've been to restaurants in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, even Binondo, you will see that they don't capitalize in decorations. But the food tastes amazing. They have a parking area at the side, just in front of their yellow gate.

🍴 We started off with the Wonton Noodles Soup which was absolutely delicious. The spicy fried wonton was a great appetizer, and the Japanese Siomai was a standout dish. But the real star of the meal was the Xiao Long Bao - the soup was so flavorful and the filling was packed with taste.

📍 The restaurant is located in front of a residential building and it's an air-conditioned space with wooden tables and chairs. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable.

💵 Our order came out to P620 (including beverages) and it was definitely worth the price.
