Chef G's — Restaurant in Davao City

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Went there went my while team- total of 13 pax. Had to wait kasi wala pa available na tables and chairs and we did. Repeatedly asked if pwede mag order ahead but no response from the staff. When a table was available- some of us settled down. We politely asked if we could extend the table for all of us to fit in but di padaw pwede. Asked again if we could order ahead but hindi daw pwede if wala pa naka settle lahat consuming more time- the exact words from the staf were ‘DILI PWEDE SIR KAY BAWAL MAGHULAT RAGUD TA MAKAKAON LAGE TA TANAN’ with pinabundak sa utensils. I recently tried to visit Chef G's, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience before even getting inside. When we arrived, one of the staff diko alam kung siya ba may-ari ng resto pero he told us that only cars were allowed to park there, and since we were on a motorcycle, we weren’t allowed to park. It was really frustrating, and because of that, we decided to just leave. It's disappointing that they don't accommodate motorcycle riders, especially when many people rely on motorcycles for transportation. I hope they improve their parking policy...

We were one of the earliest customers last Tuesday morning. They finally opened shop around 7:45 am and was fully ready to serve us and some others. We ordered their Special Bulalugaw complete with a boiled egg, crushed pork rind chicharon and other condiments like a fresh calamansi & crushed chilis. The beef was so tender and the lugaw was perfectly cooked. It waa delicious and the portions were quite large. It filled me up and did not get hungry until late noon.

Highly recommended and should we visit Davao City again, I would not hesitate to visit this...
