First time eating here, I was a bit surprised with their ramen. I ordered their miso ramen and when it tried it, it had a lot of lettuce which was peculiar. I haven’t had miso ramen with that much lettuce. It felt like I was eating a sort of kimchi soup with noodles, but regardless, it still tasted good.
As for their raw fish selection, it was pretty fresh, ngl. Although, when we ordered their aji, I didn’t know what it looked like until it arrived. It was pretty daunting to eat, but if you just focus on the flavor of the meat, it’s pretty good.
