Chowking SM City Davao — Restaurant in Davao City

Hello! Me and my nanny were at Chowking, Matina in SM ecoland. Our complaint started when my nanny ordered two servings of rice. My nanny realized that the rice tasted cold and old. She went to the counter to replace it with new rice, because she thought it was old. She said that one of the people there (people who worked there) said that it was new. So they just heated it. But when my nanny tasted it, she said it still tasted old. One rice was hot while one was cold. My nanny just asked to heat it again. We were surprised to see that Chowking, Matina, SM Ecoland, served cold rice. We have eaten at various Chowking branches in metro Manila, but have not encountered rice served this...
